ALL PETS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED WHICH INCLUDES KENNEL COUGH VACCINE FOR DOGS (which needs to be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival). PLEASE CONTACT YOUR VET IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN WHETHER YOUR PET IS FULLY COVERED.

 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD FACILITIES SO PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE EITHER BY CASH, CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER (BACS details on request).

Monday- Saturday 10am-4pm

Sunday 10am-12pm & 4pm-5pm

  Drop off or collection outside of these hours are strictly by prior arrangement.

 

 

 

 

We are open everyday except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

for collections and drop off.

 

If you wish to view our facilities you may do so Monday-Saturday between 12am-3pm no appointment is necessary. We DO NOT do viewings on Sundays.

 

Bookings for stays over 5 days and all school holidays must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% or £30 which ever is the greater.

 

If clients would like their cats to have a scratching post, in the interest of hygiene we ask that bring one along.

Deposit are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 21 days prior to stay on condition we can re allocate your booking.  Miminum 2 Day charge

 

All days booked must be paid for regardless of when you collect your pet/s.

 

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day (Double price) All Bank Holidays are charges at 50% extra.    

 

Please note you are charged for the day you arrive regardless of drop of time however if you collect your pet on the final day between 10am-11am you will not be charged for this day
